Japan Cosmetic Center (located in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture; President: Shinji Yamasaki) and International Beauty Industry Trade Association (IBITA), a Korean cosmetics industry cluster organization, held a signing ceremony in Karatsu City on February 17, 2023, to promote mutual import/export and business matching.
■ Signing of Cooperation and Collaboration Agreement with IBITA
Japan Cosmetic Center (JCC), which aims to create an international cosmetic cluster based in the northern part of Saga Prefecture, has been promoting partnerships with overseas cosmetic industry cluster organizations to expand international trade. JCC and IBITA, a Korean cosmetics industry cluster organization, decided to start a cooperation agreement to pursue mutual business opportunities for member companies through business exchanges between Japan and Korea.
This is the sixth agreement between JCC and an overseas cosmetics industry cluster organization, following agreements with France, Italy, Spain, Taiwan, and Thailand cosmetic clusters.
